• Check the air filter of your fan coil every three to four weeks.
  Clean or replace the filter where needed. If you have a reusable filter, make sure it is completely dry before you re-install it.

• Clean the indoor coil with a vacuum cleaner and soft-brush attachment. Remove any dust from the top and underside of the coil.

• Keep your outdoor condensing unit free of debris.
  Check the base pan every now and then, and remove any debris which might be slopping any water from draining away.

• Use a damp soapy towel to clean your air conditioner. NEVER pour water onto the unit. NEVER use petrol, solvents or abrasive powders. These materials will only serve to damage the unit.
